Nomads Rest Reservation Policy

We no longer accept tents or rooftops

When you make a reservation for the Grounds there is no refund if you arrive and are not fully self contained with Toilet and Water,, we make it very clear on the website that without self suffiency Water,  and Toilet you will be turned away.

 

For all camping and accommodation types: Please note before booking that the weather is out of our control and if you choose to cancel your booking due to weather conditions there will be no refund unless we deem it unsafe to have guests onsite which would result in business closure for certain dates.

Maximum stay for Caravans, Motor Homes, Camper Trailers etc is 14 days
If you turn up without the required "self contained" set up Toilet, water and such like you will be asked to leave and no refund will apply as it is clear in the description.

Peak and Non-Peak Periods – Camping/Unit Accommodation

Campgrounds 

If more than 14 days’ notice of cancellation is given, the booking is refundable minus a $7 administration fee.

If booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival the booking is non-refundable.

Unit Accommodation has a 1 night stay. Minimum 3-night stay over long weekends Christmas and School Holidays (Easter, May Day & October Long weekend).

If more than 14 days’ notice of cancellation is given, booking is refundable minus a $25 administration fee.

If booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, the booking in non-refundable if the accommodation can be resold for the same amount of nights. If accommodation is resold for less amount of nights, you will only receive deposit back for the nights resold, minus $25 administration fee.
