Rob and Evi retired 3 years ago and decided to move from the coast to the country.  After a 9 month search they finally found the ideal spot and decided it was so beautiful they wanted to share it with others and that is how Nomads Rest came about.

 

Nomads Rest has 5 acres of open campgrounds for self-contained caravans and camping. Offgrid/self-contained camping only, no amenities offered.  Pets are welcome. Choose your own campsite on arrival, beside the creek or dam  Sunny spots for the solar panels and plenty of shade to laze around under.

 

Your time here will be relaxing with no interruption. Bird watchers paradise. Great central point to visit Gympie region, Tin Can Bay, Rainbow Beach, Fraser Island,  Handy to Gympie CBD 4 km's away
